As the name suggests, both of the 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss sessions can be used together to provide a 50 minute class, or if time is short , just the second session can be used to provide a 30 minute class.

Session 1 contains a number of highly effective held postures whilst session 2 links these postures together to form a flowing yoga vinyasa sequence which is then followed by a short guided relaxation.

The carefully selected postures used in 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body. This has the effect of raising the metabolic rate allowing the body to burn body fat faster. The postures also strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups and will reduce tension and stress whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks.
